The cancellation rules vary depending on which booking option you have chosen, Standard or FLEX. Futher information below.
Age limit for booking
To book/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 years old.
When does my booking become binding?
The booking becomes binding when you have received an email confirmation of your booking.
Booking confirmation
You must receive a written booking confirmation of your booking. The booking confirmation contains important information regarding your booking. Check that the content of the booking confirmation corresponds to what you booked.
Payment terms
When you book, there are several different options for payment. Pay directly via IBAN or pay on arrival.
Open purchase for 24 hours
You have an open purchase for 24 hours if there are more than 7 days left until arrival. Refunds for bookings that refer to open purchase are made via email to info@jogerso.se or via telephone 0155-30466.

Transfer of booking
When booking with these conditions, the booking cannot be transferred.
Departure earlier than planned
If you choose to depart earlier than planned, no money will be refunded.
What if I want to cancel?
With the Standard booking option, you can cancel verbally, in writing or via e-mail. You can find the address in your booking confirmation.
When booking with these conditions, no amount is refunded in case of cancellation, unpaid stay is invoiced.
Change of booking
When booking with these conditions, the booking cannot be changed.
FLEX – Our flexible booking option
Transfer of booking
When booking with these conditions, the booking can be transferred to another guest.
Departure earlier than planned
If you choose to travel earlier than planned, no money will be refunded.
What if I want to cancel?
With the booking option FLEX, cancellation protection is included which applies according to the following conditions. The cost of the booking is stated in connection with the booking. The cancellation protection means that you have free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the only cost is an administrative cost of SEK 295. However, cancellation should take place as soon as you know that you will not be able to fulfill the agreement.
Change of booking
When booking with these conditions, changes to the booking can be made if possible, prices may vary, changes must be notified at least 7 days in advance.

Limits for the campsite’s control responsibility
In cases where the stay cannot be completed due to an obstacle beyond our control and which we could not reasonably have expected to have anticipated when the agreement was concluded and whose consequences we could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, we are free from liability for damages or other penalties.
What if we don’t agree?
If we cannot agree, you can e.g. take the help of the following dispute resolution bodies:

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises is excluded in contracts for accommodation, accommodation or leisure activities, and thus you cannot cancel an agreement on the rental of pitches for tents, caravans and mobile homes.
Payment
Payment is made online directly to the facility at the time of booking, on site upon arrival, all with an invoice.
