Contractual rules for seasonal V.I.P. bookings

Contractual rules for seasonal bookings in 2026, for the following guest and campsite host:

  1. The campsite owner provides a camping pitch with an electrical socket, see above. Shower included.
  2. Licensed for the period: 2026-04-1 0- 2025-09-27. If vehicles have to be parked on site, the start date can be postponed if the ground is too wet. Campground host determines if the ground is drivable.
  3. The agreement covers the above-mentioned guest. For other guests who are not covered by the agreement, the campsite host has the right to charge an additional fee. Visits must be registered at the reception at a cost of SEK 50 / person / night. The plot cannot be transferred or rented out by the guest. For temporary day visits, cars must be parked in the large parking lot.
  4. During your stay at the campsite, the same rules apply as for other campers.
  5. The booking becomes binding when you have received an email confirmation of your booking.
  6. The rent for the above-mentioned plot during the above period is SEK 18,900. The fee will be invoiced in two stages. Part 1 will be invoiced with the last payment on February 29 and the second part on March 31. If payment is not made according to the specified conditions for times and amounts, the agreement is due and the camping plot will be offered to another guest. Partial payment can be made by agreement.
  7. Cost of electricity will be added with 2.40 SEK/kWh. Can be adjusted if the electricity price changes significantly. The campsite host will notify any increase with 30 days notice.
  8. Cancellation is subject to the following flat-rate conditions intended to compensate the campsite host for loss of income:

– The booking fee of SEK 1500 is binding when this booking confirmation is emailed.

– If the cancellation is received 30-90 days before the date of occupancy, the guest shall pay 50% of the agreed rent.- If the cancellation is received 8-29 days before the date of occupancy, the guest shall pay 80% of the agreed rent.- If the cancellation is received later than seven days before the date of occupancy or if the guest interrupts the ongoing stay without a valid reason, no money will be refunded and the host has the right to charge for any unpaid rent.

  1. The extension of the decking and the erection of a windbreak is subject to agreement between the parties. The size of the decking and caravan must not be larger than can accommodate the guest’s own vehicle on the above-mentioned plot. There must be at least 2 m between the vehicle (incl. tent) and the plot boundary. Veranda floors may be constructed in the material of your choice within your own plot boundary. The caravan may not be built up, one wheel should be at ground level. If you choose to end your stay with us, the entire rented area must be restored. No construction is allowed outside your own plot boundary. Nor plantings more than in containers and within your own plot boundary. Fences up to 70 cm high are allowed. Fixed devices beyond this are not allowed. Temporary windbreaks of fabric and similar materials that are higher than 70 cm are permitted provided that they are temporarily erected directly adjacent to the Ekipage.
  2. Violation of the campsite’s rules and regulations, or breach of the contract in general, may result in the contract being terminated with immediate effect. In the event of eviction, the rent due will be calculated on the basis of the regular daily rate applied during the time the guest has had access to the site, less estimated damage and administrative fees. In the event of the campsite host’s breach of contract, serious disturbances or if the service otherwise deviates from the information provided by the campsite host or what the guest could reasonably have expected, the guest has the right to demand rectification, price reduction or cancellation. Breach of contract or other deficiency in the service due to causes beyond the control of the campsite host does not give the right to compensation under this agreement.
  3. Anyone who damages property belonging to the campsite host or other campsite guests may be liable for compensation under the applicable laws.
  4. Guest undertakes to keep the grass area of their plot clean. This includes mowing and trimming their plot. Other areas are maintained by the campsite staff.
  5. Ensuring that the trailer is fire insured, the gas system is checked for leaks at least every two years and the electrical equipment is approved in accordance with current regulations.
  6. The electrical connection is 10 A. All cables must be of EU approved type, the cable should not be longer than necessary as voltage drops occur. It is the campsite guest’s responsibility to ensure that the electricity meter is correctly installed in the electricity pole. Tampering with electricity meters means immediate termination.
  7. When you rent a seasonal pitch with us, you normally have priority for the same campsite the following year. We reserve the right to make changes outside our control which may affect these procedures.
  8. If no winter camping is booked, the campsite host has the right to rent the pitch to another guest.
