\nTo book\/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 years old.
\nWhen does my booking become binding?<\/strong>
\nThe booking becomes binding when you have received an email confirmation of your booking.
\nBooking confirmation<\/strong>
\nYou must receive a written booking confirmation of your booking. The booking confirmation contains important information regarding your booking. Check that the content of the booking confirmation corresponds to what you booked.
\nPayment terms<\/strong>
\nWhen you book, there are several different options for payment. Pay directly via IBAN or pay on arrival.<\/p>\n

Open purchase for 24 hours<\/strong>
\nYou have an open purchase for 24 hours if there are more than 7 days left until arrival. Refunds for bookings that refer to open purchase are made via email to info@jogerso.se or via telephone 0155-30466.<\/p>\n

Standard – Our cheapest option<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Transfer of booking<\/strong>
\nWhen booking with these conditions, the booking cannot be transferred.
\nDeparture earlier than planned<\/strong>
\nIf you choose to depart earlier than planned, no money will be refunded.
\nWhat if I want to cancel?<\/strong>
\nWith the Standard booking option, you can cancel verbally, in writing or via e-mail. You can find the address in your booking confirmation.
\nWhen booking with these conditions, no amount is refunded in case of cancellation, unpaid stay is invoiced.<\/p>\n

Change of booking<\/strong>
\nWhen booking with these conditions, the booking cannot be changed.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text text_lead=”yes” uncode_shortcode_id=”201935″]<\/p>\n

FLEX – Our flexible booking option<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\nWhen booking with these conditions, the booking can be transferred to another guest.

\nIf you choose to travel earlier than planned, no money will be refunded.
\nWhat if I want to cancel?<\/strong>
\nWith the booking option FLEX, cancellation protection is included which applies according to the following conditions. The cost of the booking is stated in connection with the booking. The cancellation protection means that you have free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the only cost is an administrative cost of SEK 295. However, cancellation should take place as soon as you know that you will not be able to fulfill the agreement.
\nChange of booking<\/strong>
\nWhen booking with these conditions, changes to the booking can be made if possible, prices may vary, changes must be notified at least 7 days in advance.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text text_lead=”yes” uncode_shortcode_id=”125541″]<\/p>\n

Other Cancellation Rules:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Limits for the campsite’s control responsibility<\/strong>
\nIn cases where the stay cannot be completed due to an obstacle beyond our control and which we could not reasonably have expected to have anticipated when the agreement was concluded and whose consequences we could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, we are free from liability for damages or other penalties.<\/p>\n

What if we don’t agree?<\/strong>
\nIf we cannot agree, you can e.g. take the help of the following dispute resolution bodies:
\nVisita’s responsibility board, which is the industry’s own complaints board. We will follow the responsibility board’s recommendations. http:\/\/www.visita.se\/mitt-foretag\/Ansvarsnamnden\/<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
\nThe right of withdrawal according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises is excluded in contracts for accommodation, accommodation or leisure activities, and thus you cannot cancel an agreement on the rental of pitches for tents, caravans and mobile homes.<\/p>\n
